Why brands use ParfumFlacon
Bottle, cap, sprayer, carton and decoration decisions are handled together, so the final set looks intentional.
Samples are reviewed for finish, logo position, closure fit and outer box direction before bulk confirmation.
Approved components, artwork files and QC notes make future reorders easier to match.
Project details are translated into practical production instructions for glass, accessories, printing and packing.
Development process
Eight stages from the first design proposal to the approved bottle. Most launches begin with existing molds and custom finishes; a new mold is opened when the bottle shape itself has to belong to your brand.
01 The project starts from a reference image, sketch or bottle direction. Capacity, silhouette and closure style are reviewed before anything is drawn.
Bottle design support
02 Capacity, neck finish, cap and pump relationship, glass weight and box fit are confirmed together before tooling is committed.
Neck type reference
03 The confirmed direction becomes a 3D model so proportions, wall thickness, shoulder geometry and neck thread can be checked first.
Bottle formats
04 A rendering shows how the bottle reads with the chosen glass colour, finish, cap and decoration before a mold is cut.
Decoration processes
05 A prototype lets you judge weight, hand feel and closure fit in the real world before the design is locked into hardened steel.
Custom bottles for brands
06 The mold is cut to the approved model. Tooling normally takes 15 to 30 days, and the mold belongs to the customer.
Mold development details
07 Trial samples are checked for capacity tolerance, neck fit, closure fit and surface quality. Some molds need engineer rework before samples pass.
Sample approval guide
08 After approval the mold goes into bulk production, and the approved sample is kept as the reference for every repeat batch.
